Conditional Nested At-Rule

A conditional nested at-rule is also a CSS rule designed specifically for instructing the CSS engine per the specified criteria of at-rule. However a conditional nested @rule can be used as an ordinary statement in a style sheet as well as inside of conditional group rules. Therefoe conditional nested @rules can be used as a specific CSS statement for instructing how the CSS engine to behave accordingly when the specified criteria are met.
